Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge, including requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability. No-Shows: Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
